Mike Hutton, trading as "Chef Mikey" ("I", "me"), is an independent Thermomix® Consultant. This policy explains how I handle personal information collected through this website.

What I collect

When you send an enquiry I collect the details you give me: your name, email, mobile number, suburb and message. If analytics are enabled, I also collect anonymous usage data (for example, which pages and buttons are used).

How I use it

I use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange cooking demonstrations and support you as a customer. As a Thermomix® Consultant I record customer and enquiry details in the Thermomix® Consultant Portal, operated by Vorwerk Australia Pty Ltd, so that your demo, order and support can be managed. Vorwerk Australia handles that information under its own privacy policy, available at thermomix.com.au.

Marketing

I'll only send you marketing messages if you've agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or using the unsubscribe link.

Orders and payments

Orders are placed and paid for on thermomix.com.au. I never receive or store your payment details.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, by emailing mikephutton@gmail.com. If you're not happy with my response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
